1. Eligibility and Agreement

  • Your representation that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on actual conditions encountered on-site;
  • Taxes and other applicable charges may be added where required by law;
  • Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking and Scheduling

When you book Services:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays or schedule changes.

5. Payment and Payment Processing

Payment for Services may be:

  • Collected at the time of service (in person, by cash, check, or card);
  • Processed through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, Square, or a similar provider) either on the Website or on-site;
  • Invoiced for commercial accounts with approved credit terms.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

6. Deposits and Prepayment

For certain Services, particularly large commercial jobs or specialty services, we may require:

  • A deposit or prepayment before scheduling; and/or
  • Full or partial payment in advance of service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of Services;
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within the cancellation period described below;
  • If we are unable to perform the Services due to our fault, we will refund any deposit or prepayment you have made.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By You: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged a cancellation fee (unless you have paid a non-refundable deposit);
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to be present at the scheduled appointment time (“no-show”), you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost, or you may forfeit any deposit paid;
  • For commercial or large projects, different cancellation terms may apply and will be specified in your agreement or quote.

By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if:

  • Weather or other conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform the work;
  • We experience equipment failure, staffing issues, or other unforeseen circumstances;
  • You have not provided accurate information about the scope of work or site conditions; or
  • You have violated these Terms.

If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will reschedule at no additional charge or provide a full refund of any amounts you have paid.

8. Service Guarantee and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the Services:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of the completed service;
  • We will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge; or
  • If a re-clean does not resolve the issue to your reasonable satisfaction, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial or full refund.

Our guarantee does not apply if:

  • Damage or staining was caused by you or others after our service was completed;
  • The issue results from pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or conditions beyond the capability of our cleaning methods;
  • You did not follow any care or maintenance instructions we provided;
  • You fail to notify us within the required timeframe; or
  • The claim is related to unrealistic expectations or results that are outside the scope of standard cleaning services.

Limitations:

  • Refunds, if provided, are limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question;
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Access to Property

To perform the Services, you agree to:

  • Provide us with safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned;
  • Ensure that pets are secured and will not interfere with our work;
  • Remove or protect valuable, fragile, or personal items before we arrive;
  • Inform us in advance of any hazardous conditions, mold, asbestos, or other health or safety concerns on the property.

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to your failure to provide access, you may be charged a trip fee or forfeit any deposit paid.

10. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the scope of work, the condition of the surfaces to be cleaned, and any special requirements;
  • Ensuring that furniture, belongings, and other items are moved as needed (or arranging for furniture-moving services if we offer them and you request them);
  • Ensuring that the property is safe for our technicians to work in;
  • Complying with any pre-service or post-service care instructions we provide.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items you did not move or protect as instructed;
  • Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear that cannot be removed by our cleaning methods;
  • Issues arising from failure to follow our care instructions.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Website or Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Send or attempt to send any unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, including spam, junk mail, chain letters, or similar solicitations;
  • Use the Website or Services in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair them, or interfere with any other party’s use;

13. NO WARRANTY ON SERVICES

All Services provided through or in connection with the Website are offered “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Title;
  • Non-infringement; or
  • Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will achieve any specific result (such as complete removal of all stains or restoration to original condition);
  • Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any particular time;
  • Any particular outcome will be achieved.

Some stains, damage, or wear may be permanent and beyond the capability of professional cleaning methods. We will use our best efforts and professional skill, but results may vary based on the age, condition, and type of material being cleaned.

14. NO WARRANTY ON WEBSITE

The Website itself is also provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not warrant that:

  • The Website or any Content is accurate, complete, current, or free of errors;
  • The Website will be available at all times or locations; or
  • The Website is free from viruses or other harmful components.

You use the Website at your own risk and are responsible for implementing sufficient protections (such as antivirus tools and backups).

Experts Cleaners LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, property damage (except as provided below), or other damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Exception for Direct Property Damage:

If our negligence directly causes physical damage to your property during the performance of Services, our liability for such damage shall be limited to the lesser of:

  • The actual cost to repair or replace the damaged item(s); or
  • Five hundred U.S. dollars (USD $500) per incident.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, where prohibited by law.

In all other cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Website or Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
